Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sacraia@sacraia.art. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
Sacraia, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Germany.

Sacraia does not reimburse return shipping costs; you must pay these yourself.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and are in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
