Product details

The materials, dimensions and other characteristics of each item are stated on its product page.

If an artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, it is signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Original artworks are supplied unframed.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

Orders are dispatched with DHL Express. Processing takes 1–3 business days after full payment has been received.

Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after receipt of full payment, including processing and transit time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times depend on the dispatch location, destination and carrier availability.

Customs clearance, remote locations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Any customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country import and clearance charges are payable by the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or the included shipping.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw within 14 days of receiving their goods.

The full conditions, deadlines, refund rules and model withdrawal form are set out in our Withdrawal Policy.

You can submit a withdrawal using the online withdrawal function or contact us using the details provided in the Withdrawal Policy. Using the online function is optional.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days. Please contact us for the return address and shipping instructions.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods following a withdrawal.

Packing a return

Please pack returned goods securely, with protection appropriate to their materials and fragility. Comparable protection to that used for the original delivery is recommended.

You do not have to use the original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds following a withdrawal are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

We use the same payment method used for the purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. No reimbursement fee will be charged. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refund available.

Damaged goods

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. For consumers in the EU, the statutory legal guarantee generally provides at least two years of protection from delivery; longer mandatory periods may apply in some countries.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. An identical replacement may not be possible for a one-of-a-kind original.

Please report any problem using the contact details in our Legal Notice. The buyer-paid return-cost rule for withdrawals does not apply to costs we must bear when resolving a valid statutory defect claim.

Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last good is received. If a good is delivered in several lots or pieces, the period begins when the last lot or piece is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Sacraia of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email. The recipient details are provided in the model withdrawal form below.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

You may also submit your withdrawal through our online withdrawal function. If you use this function, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, such as email, including the content of your declaration and the date and time of its submission.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

Please contact us for the return address and shipping instructions. Requesting instructions is not a condition for a valid withdrawal, and no approval is required.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please pack the goods securely, using protection appropriate to their materials and fragility. Original packaging is not required.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
